These packages are offered on a monthly basis and are tailored to the property’s characteristics, its needs, and the owner’s expectations.

Regular monitoring of the property

Ensure peace of mind regarding your property through regular visits and careful monitoring of its condition.

Interior and exterior inspection of the property and reporting of any issues

Inspection of interior and exterior areas and facilities to rapidly identify any malfunctions, deterioration, or need for intervention.

Air out the home / turn on the heat

Air renewal, temperature control, and heating activation prior to the occupants’ arrival to ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment.

Inspection following severe weather or special events

Inspection of the property following significant weather events (snow, wind, frost, heavy rain) or any event likely to have caused damage.

General check of the chalet and its amenities

Checking the proper functioning of the property’s equipment (heating, appliances, technical systems, security features, etc.) to ensure they remain constantly operational.

Mail collection and package receipt

Mail collection, delivery management, and parcel receipt prior to the arrival of owners or occupants.

Coordinating service providers (gardener, housekeeper, pool technician, etc.)

Organizing and monitoring the work of various service providers to ensure service quality and adherence to deadlines.

Overseeing routine maintenance and upkeep
